We’ve scheduled more networking time, including breaks, the networking cocktail reception and lunch on both days.

 

What about meals?

Attendees will be responsible for their own meals. The hotel restaurant offers several lunch options with reasonable pricing. The conference is also directly attached to the Florida Mall, which has a food court with a variety of restaurants.

 

How do I get to the hotel?

The hotel is conveniently located near major highways, including the Florida Turnpike (Highway 91) and the Martin Anderson Beachline Expressway (Highway 528). We recommend using Google Maps to get direction to the hotel (1500 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32809) or call the hotel at 1-407-859-1500.

 

What’s the best airport to fly in to?

Orlando International Airport (MCO).

 

How far is the hotel from Disney, Universal Studios and other attractions?

20 minutes.

 

How much is the hotel?

The Florida Hotel and Conference Center is SOLD OUT.

You may reserve a room at the Baymont Inn and Suite, which is one mile from Florida Hotel for only $45 a night if you mention 'Norvax'.

He or she will have to purchase a separate conference pass.

Are there CE credits for any of the sessions?

There are not, but the tremendous benefits you’ll get through better sales and marketing will outweigh any CE considerations.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Our full cancellation policy is available online at http://university.norvax.com/cancellation.html. The key points is that you can cancel up to five days prior to the event and still get a refund of your registration, less a $25 cancellation fee.
